Return, Refund or Exchange
FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR MANUFACTURING ERROR
Our policy lasts for 15 days after receiving your product. Requests for replacements or refunds can only be generated for the following reasons:
1- Manufacturing error.
2- Damaged or defective product
You must contact us at SUPPORT@STARFITVIP.COM within the first 15 days of receiving the product with the following information:
1. Order number
2. Telephone number
3.Minimum 3 Photos of the defective product
4. A brief description of the problem.
OPTIONS FOR YOU:
1. Request an exchange for another product.
2. Request a store credit in the form of a gift card for the amount of the purchase less shipping costs.
3. You can return the items to us for a full refund, less shipping charges.
IMPORTANT: After placing the final order on our website, the client has 1 day to notify any modification or error in the written word such as personalization.
No replacements or refunds are made for these reasons if the customer notifies after this period, after placing their final order, since after one day all the designs are sent to manufacturing and printing in order to comply with the standard times established by our company. .
FOR NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
size or color problem
We recommend consulting the size chart to find your size before placing an order.
We recommend being sure of your product color before ordering.
No replacements or refunds are made for changes in size or color of the product. with the exception that a different size or color is sent to the one requested in your order.
For example: The customer requested size L and was sent the wrong size M.
Conditions for accepting refunds or replacements:
✔ The product must have all its labels.
✔ Products must be unwashed.
✔Any damaged items showing signs of man-made damage will be refused.
✔ The product cannot have perfume or unpleasant odors.
✔ Orders placed separately cannot be returned together.
✔Dirty, worn or missing clothing will not be accepted.
✔No changes are made to already modified products.
✔Mexico Regala is not responsible for loss, theft or failed delivery due to an incorrect address.
